About Us

Hilton Supported Living was established in January 2019 and offers supported living accommodation for six adults with full physical mobility aged between 18 and 65+ years of age who are living with mental health challenges. The accommodation is located in a large end-of-terrace house in East Ham, conveniently close to shops and public transport, including easy access to underground train services nearby.

At Hilton Supported Living, our clients benefit from a supported housing service delivered by our team of dedicated Support Workers. We continually strive to build strong partnerships with other organisations to offer a wide range of community-based opportunities

We are committed to providing an effective, responsible, and respectful service to individuals living with mental health challenges. Our core values guide our work, setting the tone for a culture of respect, communication, support, and person-centred care. The health and wellbeing of our clients are at the forefront of everything we do, and our staff are dedicated to creating a supportive environment that fosters growth and independence.

What We Do...

Our 24-hour supported accommodation including a staff sleep-in service for emergencies is located in the London Borough of Newham and provides support for individuals with a primary diagnosis of mental health issues. Our staff team, including an On-Call Manager service, is available around the clock. Our support is tailored to individual needs.

The level and type of support are personalised to each individual, depending on their specific needs. We aim to assist our clients in maintaining their tenancy, identifying personal strengths, achieving changeable goals, and fostering self-esteem, self-worth, and confidence. We also focus on helping our clients integrate into their local community, promoting independence and overall well-being.

We maintain a 'can-do' attitude towards all our clients and stakeholders. We strive to be gracious, respectful, and kind, and we are always willing to work in partnership with our clients. Our staff are always ready to listen and provide information about various support services. We arrange regular meetings with our clients and provide advice and support for maintaining their tenancy. Additionally, we help clients with self-administration of medication, assist them in finding opportunities for activities, employment, and social contacts, and maintain communication with their other key workers and significant others. We ensure that clients' living spaces and shared areas are clean, safe, well-stocked, and properly maintained. We also assist clients in claiming welfare benefits and advocate on their behalf when necessary. Moreover, we are vigilant about reporting safeguarding concerns, mediating disputes between clients, and ensuring that clients have avenues to raise concerns with someone other than their Support Worker if they desire. We ensure that our clients have opportunities to raise concerns with a person other than their named Support Worker if they wish.

Personalised Support

We create personalised support plans that address the unique needs and challenges of each individual. Our goal is to provide dedicated assistance to aid in their recovery and foster personal growth in a compassionate and personalised environment. We understand and respect the importance of individual choice and personal decision-making for all of our clients.

Life Skills Training

Life Skills Training

Our program focuses on equipping clients with practical life skills and coping strategies tailored to their personal needs. This is designed to enhance their ability to manage daily tasks and build a foundation for long-term independence. We achieve this primarily through outcome-based weekly key work sessions with a dedicated, named key worker.

Safe and Supportive Environment

We offer a supportive and safe environment where our clients can feel at ease and appreciated, building a sense of community, and belonging as they strive for increased independence and emotional well-being. We always respect individuals' dignity and their need for privacy and treat all personal information with confidentiality.
